QWood builds wooden cabins and interiors across Oman. We are hiring an interior designer to lead the interior design of our projects from concept to handover: cabins, chalets, cafés, restaurants and office spaces. You will work closely with our carpentry and installation teams to turn ideas into buildable, beautiful wooden spaces.
What you will do
- Develop interior concepts, mood boards and material palettes with a focus on natural wood finishes.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts and 3D visualizations for client approval.
- Coordinate with carpentry and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable on site.
- Select materials, lighting, furniture and finishes within project budgets.
- Meet clients, present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
What we look for
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in interior design; experience with woodwork or joinery projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar).
- Strong sense of materials, lighting and space planning.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- A portfolio of completed interior projects.
