Q Studio 24

Built from kiln-dried Nordic pine with a 100 mm insulated envelope and a double-skin roof, the Q Studio is engineered for Omani heat and coastal humidity. It arrives as pre-cut panels and is assembled on a levelled concrete pad or steel base in two to three days. Interior finish includes a fitted bathroom, split AC, and a compact kitchenette.
